Step No 1: – First of all extract the firmware zip file ITV-T211XXBNF5-20140703170455.zip which you’ve downloaded from the above link, until you get the actual firmware with .tar.md5 extension.
Step No 2: – Now extract the Odin v3.09, open the Odin folder and run Odin Tool as an Administrator on your PC.
Step No 3: – Put your device into Download Mode. First power off your Galaxy Tab 3 and then press and hold the Volume Down + Home + Power keys at the same time, until a warning screen appears, then press the Volume Up button to enter Download mode.

9: – Once the installation completed, your device will automatically rebooted.
Step No 10: – While booting your Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 SM-T211 for the first time after installation may take some more time. When the screen appears, navigate to Settings > About device and here you can verify the new Android version installed.
