Steps to Install Unofficial TWRP Recovery For OnePlus 8/ 8 Pro:
First, download and install the USB drivers for OnePlus 8/ 8 Pro from here.
Now open the Settings app on your phone and then go to the About phone option. Now scroll till the last and then tap on the Build number value multiple times until it says that the developer options are unlocked.
Now go back to the main settings app page and then open Developer options and enable USB debugging and the OEM unlocking options.
