You’ll need to have a custom recovery like ClockworkMod installed to flash the ROM and Google Apps .zip files on your device. If your Galaxy S4 LTE I9505 is not rooted having a custom recovery (ClockworkMod recovery / TWRP recovery) installed on it then you’ll not be able to install this custom ROM.

Step No 1: – First download the Android 5.0.1 Lollipop CM12 Custom ROM and Google Apps .zip files from the above-given links on the desktop of your PC.
Step No 2: – Now plug your Galaxy S4 (GT-I9505) to PC using USB data cable.
Step No 3: – Copy the Android 5.0.1 Lollipop CM12 Custom ROM .zip file to the root of your SD card on the phone.

Step No 12: – Once the installation process completed, navigate to “+++++Go Back+++++” and reboot your Galaxy S4 by selecting “reboot system now” from the recovery menu.
The Galaxy S4 GT-I9505) will take about 4-5 minutes to boots up for the first time after installing the firmware.
